Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 stalk of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 sprig of thyme
A pinch of chili flakes
Salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Grind garlic, cilantro, thyme, chili flakes and salt in a pestle and mortar until finely grounded.
- Pour in olive oil and mix well.
- Spread on any bread of your preferences and toast until ready.
- Best served with French onion soup, mushroom soup or pasta.
